Then when I tried using the computer, I started experiencing random shut downs. It doesn’t matter what I’m doing. Whether I’m on the internet or watching a video or writing a document or playing a game. The computer just tries to shut down and I have no idea why and I can’t predict when it will happen. It shows the shut down message as if I had selected shut down from the menu myself. Sometimes it shuts down after 10 minutes, sometimes up to 30 minutes.
