I have had my PC revamped. The Microsoft Office Home and Student programme came with the PC from new and was already activated using the Product Key on a label on the side of my PC which also has proof of license.

Since the revamp before using the programme I am being prompted to input my Product Key. I have used up the 25 time allowance before you have to put in the Product Key and now the programme will not operate correctly.

I have tried to put in the Product Key several times when prompted, but the screen reports that this 25 digit number is incorrect. I have read some where that if the Product Key number has been used for activation before then it will not accept it.
